Assignment of the whole permitted from completion of the scheme. Consent for underletting the offices as a whole or permitted part not to be unreasonably withheld. Underletting of residential flats permitted subject to a maximum of six underlettings.

Proposal

We are instructed to seek offers in excess of £3,150,000
